Sandra Rentschler, President of C & L, has over 25 years of experience in the collision
repair industry. She was recognized by Senator Jack Scott and Los Angeles county
supervisor Michael Antonovich as "Most Inspirational Woman of the Year 2002" as

Vice President/Sales Manager - Sergio Buonsanti With 22 years in the collision repair
business, Sergio is I-CAR Certified and an ASE Certified estimator. Sergio takes pride
in all facets of shop operation. He is charged with writing fair and concise estimates.
One of his main responsibilities is making sure our customers feel comfortable with
the insurance and repair process. Sergio is the “final seal of approval” on every job
and whenever possible, personally advises customers on car and paint maintenance

Vice-President /Production Manager - Maurice Buonsanti has over 20 years is the
industry and is certified in both ASE Master Collision and Refinish as well as PPG.
Maurice has completed I-Car and CCC Pathways training. Maurice is the first Quality
Control Officer and also assists in estimating. His expertise is in repairing and restoring
classic and rare vehicles and dealing with their special needs. Maurice also supervises
fiberglass repair used in boats, shells, watercraft and motorhomes.

Office Manager - Kristen Buonsanti is an experienced professional in Customer Service
and Administrative Operations. She is as friendly in person as she is on the telephone!
She has implemented updated office procedures several time over her 19 year history
with C & L. Kristen also serves as liaison to the many insurance carriers with which C &
L deals. Her business acumen and insurance knowledge makes her one of C & L's most

Parts Manager, Luis Molina is a 14 year employee of C & L Auto Body. He is currently in
charge of the Parts Department. Luis has reason to be proud of his efficient parts
ordering and inventory system. Utilizing the Pathways program, he easily orders and
receives parts. After receiving and inspection, parts are stored on carts assigned by
vehicle. As all parts allocated to a vehicle are stored this way, efficiency in this area
has greatly enhanced C & L's cycle time and accuracy.
